Thank you for shopping with Monkist. Below is our shipping policy for physical and digital products.


📦 Shipping for Physical Products

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time & Costs:
We currently ship to select countries. At checkout, you’ll see available options based on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.


🌍 Shipping Regions

We currently ship physical products to New Zealand, Australia and other selected international regions. If your location isn't supported yet, reach out to us at management@monkist.com.


💻 Delivery of Digital Products

Digital items such as guides and training materials are delivered via email immediately after purchase. You’ll also be able to access your downloads directly on the confirmation page.

If you have any trouble accessing your digital files, please email management@monkist.com and we’ll sort it out quickly.


Shipping Issues

If your physical product hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 21 days of your order date so we can investigate or offer a solution.
