Physical Products

If you purchased the Monkist Spinner or other physical tools and are not satisfied:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at management@monkist.com

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in good condition and returned to us at your own cost (unless damaged or defective)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your full refund to your original payment method

🧠 Digital Products

If you purchased the Monkist Brain Training Kit (digital content) and feel it’s not for you:

  • Email us within 30 days of purchase at management@monkist.com

  • We'll process a full refund — no questions asked (though we’d love your feedback to help us improve)

🚫 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within a few business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at management@monkist.com
